this is really, really quick and easy to put up with soapy water and the included squeegy tool (although a credit card would work as well). the pattern is beautiful and i get tons of compliments. the film itself is textured, which makes it look even more realistic. it doesn't let in as much light as i thought it would, but it does still let some light shine through. i would buy this again.

i put this in my basement door window. the window has 9 little windows with the panes in between and i bought this for privacy and also the colors match my basement. i can't tell you how absolutely beautiful it looks and how much it really really looks like stained glass--it has everyone fooled. it was easy as anything to install too. love these window film products!!
"Virtually no light transfer" 2009-12-05

The design was pretty enough, but it made the room dark. I tried cutting out some of the flower shapes to let in more light. The room was still too dark and the cutouts created glare spots. I wasted a day removing grids from window, installing film, trying to make it satisfactory and finally removing film and throwing it away. A total loss. Should have asked for my money back.

"Very pretty but film shrinks while drying - Disappointed" 2009-10-12

My husband applied this window film yesterday. The colors are rich, deep and very pretty. However, the instructions do not state that the film shrinks in the drying process. The film was cut to fit the window exactly, but while drying it began pulling away from the center. He had to then push the two pieces together to keep the match. When completely dried, the film now does not cover the entire window and there is a clear line of glass on each side. If we were forewarned about this and made proper adjustments, it would look professionally done. However, now it does not look as it should. Disappointed.
